Billing & Collection Specialist
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILIIES:

Utilize research methods in determination of outstanding balance, online research via insurance company portals, and telephone calls to organizations regarding claims status.

Professionally communicate with insurance resources by website, e-mail, telephone, and customer service departments, etc.

Utilizes and applies industry knowledge to research and resolve outstanding claims
-
Accurately document claim progress throughout the life of the claim corrections process until the claim can be re-filed.

Remain open-minded with change

Possess a sense of ownership and personal accountability for productivity
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Though not required, the ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of durable medical equipment, health insurance billing, or other related experience. Proper training will be provided for the right person for the position.

Intake & Processing Coordinators
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILIIES:

Provide quality customer service, especially as it relates to patient intake information and ensuring that billing data is appropriately completed.

Ensure the verification of medical need, eligibility of insurance and subsequent requirements, and qualifications for product and services, using customer service minded communication skills and multiple computer systems.

Process paperwork in a timely fashion, ensuring that workflows are sent to appropriate parties.

Accurately maintain transactional inventory at each for all vendors and insurance companies.

Responsible for communicating inventory levels and special orders.

Utilizing billing systems, managing payments and reconciliations ensuring that transactions are accurate while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards.

Charge appropriately for all equipment and supplies.

Maintenance & Delivery Technician
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILIIES:

DME Technicians are responsible for the delivery, setup, and instruction of equipment and supplies to patients. They are required to complete all necessary paperwork in accordance with policy.

A qualified DME Technician must have great communications skills, and be able to work independently, undergo and background check and have a clean driving record.

Must be able to read maps, perform physical labor, have a current license and insurance
